Privacy Policy

Premier Diamond Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PDP Performance application ("the App"), a coaching and training management platform used by our staff and athletes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Roster information: Athlete name, position/tag, training notes, and other roster metadata entered by authorized coaching staff.
• Contact information: Phone number, used solely for app authentication via SMS one-time codes.
• Training data: Bullpen sessions, velocity readings, wellness check-ins, rotational kinematic measurements, motion capture assessments, and program completion data, captured during or after training sessions.
• Authentication data: Login session tokens managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Authenticate athletes and coaches when logging into the App.
• Display each athlete's training plan, session history, and performance data to authorized coaching staff and to the athlete themselves.
• Generate AI-assisted training programs that incorporate the athlete's individual training history and physical assessments.
• Send SMS one-time authentication codes for login. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: Information is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers (Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for application hosting, Twilio for SMS delivery, Anthropic for AI program generation). These providers process information only to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
• Coaching staff: Authorized coaching staff at Premier Diamond Performance LLC have access to athlete training data as part of their normal coaching duties.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

4. SMS Communications

We use SMS messaging only to send one-time authentication codes when a user attempts to log into the App. Phone numbers are added to the App by authorized staff with the explicit consent of the athlete (or parent/guardian for minors). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting Premier Diamond Performance LLC to be removed from the roster.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, and role-based access controls. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain training and roster data for as long as the athlete is active on our roster, plus a reasonable period afterward for historical reference, performance benchmarking, and program improvement. Athletes or their parents/guardians may request removal of their data at any time by contacting Premier Diamond Performance LLC at info@pdpathletics.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is used by athletes who may be under the age of 18. We collect information about minors only with the consent of a parent or guardian, communicated in person to authorized coaching staff. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents or guardians who wish to review or delete information about their child should contact Premier Diamond Performance LLC at info@pdpathletics.com.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you or your child.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information from our roster and associated training history.
• Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

To exercise any of these rights, contact Premier Diamond Performance LLC at info@pdpathletics.com or through your usual coaching staff communication channel.
